  • What does organic mean?
    In a nutshell, organic farming means it’s food as it should be, the food you can trust, food that doesn’t cost the earth, and food where the animals come first. It’s a conscientious way of tending to the land, which works with nature and not against it. Organic farming will always mean: Fewer pesticides No artificial colors or preservatives Always free range No routine use of antibiotics No GM ingredients
  • What is the shelf life of bulk herbs? What is the best way to store them?
    Shelf life varies from one herb to another. A powdered herb will lose its properties much faster than a whole or cut herb. Those with volatile oils like peppermint will lose their freshness much sooner than those without the oils. Roots have the longest shelf life as they are much denser than flowers and leaves. So, it's kind of difficult to give you a quick and simple answer. Most herb books have something to say on the subject, but they are not very specific. Just as we did, you will gain insight in this area as you get more familiar with each herb. In general, keep the herbs in air-tight containers, as cool as possible, and don't expose them to light unless in use.
  • Which is more effective - Tea or Tincture?
    Teas and tinctures both have their individual advantages. The potency of most herbs is much greater in a tincture. However, a tea can be immediately prepared and taken. Also, tea often has an immediate soothing or invigorating aspect to it (depending on the herbs used).
  • What payment methods do you accept?

  • Will I be charged right away when I place an order?
    Yes, your card will be charged right away. We don't store payment information for security purposes.
  • How do I apply a discount code to my order?
    You can add your promo code to your order on the checkout page, right where you enter your payment information. If you're on a computer, you’ll see a screen with a field that says "Enter Promo Code." If you're on your phone, click "see order details” at the top of your screen and enter your code in the discount code field.
  • Can I use multiple discount codes at a time?
    No. It is not possible to apply multiple discount codes to an order. Only one discount code can be used at a time.

    After a while the name 'Sabine's Country Store" didn't reflect what we were really doing and trying to achieve the way we wanted, so the brand 'Triple H Homestead' was born and is located south of Hudson Bay, Saskatchewan - Canada, The 3 'h' stand for: home grown home made home raised Our full Story you can read here

    We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
  • How long will it take to process an order before it is dispatched?
    It takes us 2-3 Days depending your order size.

  • Can I cancel my order?
    If you want to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If we have already processed your order, you need to contact us and return the product. Please contact home@triplehhomestead.net
  • Do you have a mailing list I can be added to?
    Yes, you can sign up for our email list at the bottom of our website.
  • Do you have a printed catalog?
    A printed catalog is not available at this time. For someone with internet access, the website is their best option for ordering. Please e-mail us your mailing address to be added to our mailing list, to receive a catalog when it becomes available
  • Are you going plastic free?
    Triple H Homestead has always tried to minimize the amount of packaging we use. We’re fully aware of the environmental impact that plastics has, and this is why we are actively looking for alternatives. We have already reduced the number of plastics we use and are working hard to reduce this further. We are proud to say that we are up to now 90% Plastic free.
  • How do I update my personal details (address, delivery instructions, telephone number, credit card, etc.)?
    Log in to your account and go to the ‘Personal Details’ section of ‘My Account’.Here you can amend your address, delivery instructions, contact details, password, and card details.
  • Can I write a review about the things I buy?
    If you're reporting a problem, we'd prefer you get in touch with us directly so that we can resolve it for you straight away. Please ring us at 306-470-7433 or visit our contact page.     All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method.
