Ingredients: Saskatoons*, Apple*, Hibiscus*, Chamomile*, Cinnamon*, Orange Peel*, Cloves* - * organic or naturally grown or wild-crafted
Hot: Steep 1-2 tsp per 8 oz of water at 200°F (93°C) for 5-6 minutes. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired.

Iced: Brew a strong infusion, chill, and serve over ice with a garnish of berries or citrus.
