Triple H Homestead & THH Country Store Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Triple H Homestead & THH Country Store. We strive to provide quality products and exceptional service. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our Return and Exchange Policy.

 

  • Returns for Non-Food Items:

    • You may return non-food items if they are new and unopened within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

    • The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

    • Please follow the Process for Returns

 

  • Food Items:

    • Food items are not refundable unless there is an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product). We take great care to ensure the quality and safety of our food items, and therefore, returns are only accepted in the case of our mistake.

 

  • Returns Due to Our Error:

    • We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

    • Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to report the issue.

 

  • Returns for Personal Dislike:

    • If you want to return a new, unopened non-food items because you don't like it, the following conditions apply:

      • Shipping charges and any custom costs incurred are not refundable.

      • The return shipping will be at your cost.

 

  • Process for Returns:

    • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.

 

  • Refund Processing:

    • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

    • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 

  • Exchanges:

    • Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item following the above guidelines and place a new order for the desired item.

 

  • Shipping Information:

    • Our Return and Exchange Policy apply to customers in Canada, USA, and international locations.

    • Customers outside of Canada are responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred.
