We truly want you to be happy with your purchase! You may return non-food items if they are new and unopened within 14 days of delivery for a refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you want to return a new, unopened item, because you don't like it, the shipping charges and custom costs are not refundable and the return shipping will be at your cost. We cannot accept items shipped to us by COD!
Custom orders may not be returned or exchanged. If there is a problem, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to resolve it.

If your item is lost during shipping, please contact us, so we can help recover it, but we are not responsible for lost items.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
