For optimum enjoyment prepare as a sun tea: add cold water and herbs to a large jar, set out into direct sunlight for 4 – 6 hours. Strain and cool in the fridge or add some ice. Enjoy.
You can also brew the tea just like any other, let it cool and enjoy!

We are not organically certified, but use all organic practices to grow our garden. We will never use pesticide sprays or chemical fertilizers. Herbs and spices we don’t or cannot grow are sourced as local as possible from organic and/or natural growers who grow their products by the same standards we apply!
